Chairman, Associated Bank of Minnesota, Founder and former President of Riverside Bank

Mr. Cleveland has 35 years experience assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Mark E. Davis
President, Davisco Food International, Inc. (Le Sueur, Minnesota)

Mr. Davis is president of a $450 million food company providing cheese, lactose, whey proteins and other ingredients. Co-owner and general manager of Cambria, a manufacturer of quartz countertops and floor tiles, both businesses are located in Le Sueur, Minnesota.

Linda M. Laitala
Business Development Manager, Inner Circle International, Inc. (Mora, Minnesota)

Ms. Laitala is responsible for establishing peer group business franchises across the U.S.  Previously, Ms. Laitala was President and CEO of Ingenuity Ind. Machining.

Dale E. Froehlich
Chairman of Prairie Winds Capital (Sioux Falls, SD)

Mr. Froehlich is the former President and CEO of Daedalus, Inc, (Business Aviation Services).  Mr. Froehlich has served on various local non-profit Board of Directors including Chair of Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, Sioux Falls Empire United Way and Sioux Falls Downtown Rotary.

Bruce N. Thom
Senior Vice President of Otter Tail Corporation (Fergus Falls, Minnesota)

Mr. Thom has spent 15 years managing Otter Tail Corporation's acquisition arm which currently owns 15 companies.  Previously, Mr. Thom spent nearly 20 years working on local, regional, and national economic development activities.
