HOW TO WORK WITH US
We want entrepreneurs to succeed, and part of that is understanding how the RAIN Network of Funds operates.
The RAIN Empowerment Funds At this time RAIN Source Capital is not accepting applications for its respective Empowerment Funds.
The RAIN Fund Program each Fund has its own investment thesis, funding criteria, and members who screen each opportunity. Therefore it is imperative that you apply directly to the respective Fund via Gust.com
In general, the RAIN Funds seek companies who meet this criteria:
- Existing high growth businesses in manufacturing & technology industries—high growth is defined as potential to reach $10 million in sales within five years.
- Complete business plan that addresses the committed & experienced management teams, large markets, products with proprietary protection or other competitive advantages, financials and a well defined exit strategy.
- Within the geographical region of our RAIN Fund Network of Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
- Historically our Funds to do not invest in service businesses, farm or mining
operations, or restaurants.

b. At that time the Fund’s Screening committee will contact
you based on their interest.
